1. Website content

Process descriptions, fabric and capability samples, blog articles, etc. shown on this site are copyrighted by the factory and provided only to help you understand our capability. The "capability samples" images are original or illustrative, marked as customizable, and are not stock products.

2. Basic rules of custom transactions

• Custom from your artwork, no stock: all scarves are made to your artwork and production specs; we keep no stock and do not retail the same style.
• Order = confirmation: after you confirm design, fabric, craft, size and quote, sampling / bulk proceeds; once the sample is approved without issue, bulk follows that standard.
• Intellectual property: you are responsible for the artwork you provide and warrant it does not infringe third-party rights; the factory uses the artwork only within your authorization to fulfill the order, and does not proactively or intentionally leak or imitate client work.
• Trade terms: default FCA Dongguan; international freight, insurance and import taxes are borne by the buyer; details are subject to the quote and order confirmation.

3. On color difference & handcraft variance

Silk is a natural fiber, and printing and hand-rolled hems are manual processes; across batches, screen displays and lighting, slight color difference and handcraft variance may occur — this is normal and does not constitute a quality breach. We use color-matching service to stay as close as possible to your confirmed standard sample.

4. Liability scope

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and the factory are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Liability for a custom transaction is governed by the order and quote confirmed by both parties; confidentiality is governed by the signed NDA.

5. Confidentiality

We value and protect client work. We accept the NDA you require, or provide standard confidentiality terms (placing an order means acceptance); request a copy from us. See the confidentiality note in About Factory.

6. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the factory's location (Dongguan, China); disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. The Chinese source text is the baseline; other language versions are for reference.
