MOQ 1 piece, no stock

We customize scarves to your artwork and production specs. We keep no stock and do not accept "same-style returns." Each piece is made to order — a personalized product.

Custom process

1. Inquiry: you send artwork, size, fabric, craft and quantity; we provide a quote (USD, FCA Dongguan).
2. Sampling: a sample can be made first (a sampling fee may apply in some cases, deducted from the bulk order); the approved sample becomes the bulk standard.
3. Confirmation: you confirm design, craft and quote, pay the deposit / per the agreed terms, then bulk production begins.
4. Bulk & QC: produced to qualified-product standard; quality check and color matching before shipment.
5. Shipping: FCA Dongguan delivery; international freight and taxes are borne by the buyer.

Changes & cancellation

• Before sample approval: design, craft or quantity can be changed;
• After bulk production starts: cancellation or return is generally not allowed, since the scarves are made exclusively to your artwork;
• if a factory quality issue (not color difference / handcraft variance) fails the qualified-product standard, we redo or remedy it.

Quality boundaries

We follow the scarf qualified-product standard (e.g., water / sweat staining: color change ≥3, staining ≥3) and provide color-matching service. Slight color difference and hand-rolled hem variance of natural silk are normal and are not considered a quality breach. See Quality.

Confidentiality

Your artwork and order information are kept strictly confidential. We accept the NDA you require, or use our standard confidentiality terms — request a copy from us.

Logistics & taxes

Default FCA Dongguan: goods delivered to a designated location in Dongguan; subsequent international freight, insurance, import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Details are subject to the quote and order confirmation.
