Design Copyright & Disclaimer

1. Your Provided Designs (Rights Warranty)

You warrant that any design, artwork, image, text, or logo you provide to us (the "Design") is your original work, or that you have obtained full and valid authorization from the copyright owner and other rights holders to use it for custom silk scarf production.

2. Intellectual Property & Indemnification

You confirm that the Design does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, portrait rights, privacy, or other lawful rights.

If the Design has defective ownership, is subject to an infringement dispute, or any third party asserts rights against us, and this causes us to suffer claims, administrative penalties, litigation, arbitration, investigation, reputational harm, or economic loss (including but not limited to legal fees, damages, settlement payments, and production downtime), you shall bear full responsibility and indemnify us for all resulting losses.

3. Our Liability Boundary

We only perform technical drawing, plate-making, and printing based on the Design you provide. We make no warranty or representation as to the legality, originality, or completeness of rights of the Design. We shall not be liable for any intellectual property dispute or legal liability arising from the Design you provide.

4. Confidentiality & Use Restriction

We use your Design solely to fulfill your specific custom order. We will not use it for any purpose beyond the order or disclose it to any third party, unless we obtain your written consent or are required by law.

5. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a design through this website, placing an order online, or sending us a customization request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer in its entirety.
