The Custom Silk Scarf Process

Whether you are based in China or overseas, customization works the same way: you provide the artwork and we produce the scarves. Below we explain each step from an export perspective.

1. Send Your Artwork & Requirements

Provide your artwork file (JPG / PNG / AI / PDF / PSD / TIFF, ideally 150–300 dpi) and tell us the fabric, momme weight, size, printing side (single or double-sided), hem finishing and quantity. Overseas clients usually send artwork through WhatsApp; a single file can be up to 2 GB.

2. Quotation & Confirmation

We quote a per-piece USD price from our pricing sheet (FCA Dongguan — goods delivered at our Dongguan factory; international freight and insurance are paid by the buyer). The minimum order is 1 piece, and single-piece customization is supported; combining different designs in one order helps you reach better volume pricing.

3. Sampling

Before bulk production we can prepare a sample (paid or subject to policy) to confirm color, pattern registration, hem and hand-feel, then scale up to bulk — avoiding deviation across the whole batch.

4. Production & 100% Piece-by-Piece Inspection

Stiffening → digital / screen printing → steaming → washing → hand or machine hem → 100% piece-by-piece inspection. Lead time starts once the deposit is received and the artwork is confirmed: about 7–9 days for 1–10 pieces, about 9–15 days for 100+ pieces (to be discussed).

5. Shipping

We ship after the balance is received, by international express or freight collect. The whole order allows a ±2% quantity tolerance; the balance is settled on the actual quantity.
